Return & Cancellation Policy – Posh Bear

1. Returns

We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons. Any such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images for verification.

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

Shipping charges for returns may be applicable depending on the reason for return. If the return is due to our error, we will bear the shipping cost.
